Mom's covered.” — is Cuidado de Oro's tranquilidad membership, built for sons and daughters who live outside Puerto Rico: you enroll and pay from wherever you are, and here your loved one is accompanied, watched over and protected — with a 24/7 line, wellness visits reported to your phone, emergency-room caregiver coverage and, on the top plan, in-hospital accompaniment. One call from you activates everything.
Not insurance: it is a membership for coordination and non-clinical services from Cuidado de Oro Home Care LLC. Pay with a US card, ATH Móvil or check. Launching in Caguas and Puerto Rico's East region. The members' phrase: “¿Y tu mamá?” — “Yo salgo de Oro.”

The package nobody else offers
On the Tranquilidad plan, if your loved one is hospitalized, a caregiver stays with them 5 days per event (shifts of up to 12 hours), up to 2 events a year — and in the emergency room, up to 24 hours per event, 3 events a year. No surprise bills: it is included in the $399 a month.

No. It is a services membership from Cuidado de Oro Home Care LLC: our own team coordinates and provides the non-clinical accompaniment included in your plan. It is not insurance, it is not a health plan, and it does not replace one.
