Care That Respects Their Autonomy
Each person with a disability has their own abilities, routines, and goals. The support adapts to their level of independence: your loved one gets help where it's needed and space where it isn't.
We coordinate with the family and, when applicable, with their therapies or programs, without interfering in their care plan.
What's Included
- Their daily routine flows: hygiene, dressing, and meals with just the right support for their level of independence
- They move and transfer within their home with safe help
- Their meals are prepared, and they eat accompanied
- Their days include companionship, conversation, and activities they enjoy
- Their home stays in order, with laundry kept up
